An outstanding tennis player, Pam Gollish was captain of the women’s Tennis Blues for four consecutive years from 1976 to1979. She won the OUA singles championship in 1976 and 1979. Pam also coached the team for two years and under her leadership, the Blues won the league championship in 1979. Pam received her First Colour in 1977, her Bronze T in 1979, and Silver T in 1980. She was the recipient of the Benson Award in 1980. Pam competed for Canada five times at the Maccabiah Games in Israel, winning a silver medal in 1973. She was the World Media Singles Tennis Champion in 1989, 1990 and 1991. Pam continues to pursue her love of sport by producing world television coverage of sporting events such as the Olympic Games (1988, 1994, 1996 and 1998) and the 1998 Goodwill Games.
