Hall of Fame
Bernadette was a stand-out member of the Varsity Blues field hockey team in the late 1980s, and was team captain and female athlete of the year in 1988-89. Her accomplishments were rewarded with several all-Canadian and all-star honours. Bernadette finished her final season as a member of the gold medal team at the CIAU High Performance indoor championship, where she scored the winning goal in the title game and was named a tournament all-star.
She continued her career after graduation, and was a member of the 1991 field hockey team that won a silver medal at the Pan Am Games in Havana, Cuba, and was a member of the 1992 Olympic Games team in Barcelona.
