Hall of Fame
Fiona is one of the most successful athletes to represent the Varsity Blues in rowing. Team captain and athlete of the year in 1993, Fiona contributed a great deal of success to the Blues lightweight program, securing gold medals at the Trent Regatta, the Dad Vail Regatta and the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta.
After graduation, Fiona continued rowing as a member of the Canadian team, where she was a six-time national champion. She represented Canada at both the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games. In addition, she captured gold in both the lightweight women’s doubles event at the 2003 Pan Am Games, and in the lightweight women’s singles at 2003 World Championships.
