Hall of Fame
Gill Fisher was a member of the Varsity Blues for four years in two major sports: ice hockey (three championship teams) and swimming. She also competed in Intramurals for four years in each of badminton, field hockey, ice hockey, swimming and tennis. She was awarded the impressive total of six Senior Colours and received the Benson Honour Award in 1963. Gill was also President of the Hockey Club, a member of the Women's Athletic Association Directorate and a U of T student representative to the Women's Intercollegiate Athletic Union. She joined the staff of the Department of Athletics and Physical Education (Women) for the 1967-68 season and coached the hockey team with Dave McMaster.
