Fifth-year goalkeeper Sara Petrucci made 11 saves and earned the clean sheet in leading the University of Toronto Varsity Blues women’s soccer team to a 1-0 upset victory over the No. 9 Laurentian Voyageurs this past Saturday in Sudbury, Ont.

Petrucci turned aside all 11 shots on goal and now ranks fourth among OUA goalkeepers with 29 saves and a .853 save percentage.

The Bolton, Ont., native also made three saves in Toronto’s match at Nipissing on Sunday.
