A first-year lead, Malvar was named a CIS second team all-Canadian at the 2015 CIS / CCA curling championships this past week (March 18-21) in Waterloo.

The fourth-year kinesiology major helped Toronto to a fifth-place finish on the national stage. The Blues went 3-4 in round robin action, narrowly missing the semifinals.
