The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's soccer team fell 1-0 to the No.10 Rams on Saturday, September 25 at Varsity Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED: A strong defensive performance saw Blues first-year defender Talal Abuosbeh block a sure goal from Rams midfielder Jacob Carlos (21') in the first half.

Early in the second half, fifth-year midfielder Abdallah El-Chanti's penalty gave the Rams the lead (50'). 

Fourth-year goalkeeper Ben Grondin faced five shots on net and made four saves in the losing effort. 

UP NEXT: The Blues will play their next match on Saturday, October 2 at the Rams.
