The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's lacrosse team dropped a narrow 10-9 decision to the Trent Excalibur on Saturday night (Oct. 23) at Varsity Stadium.
 
With the loss, the Blues wrap up the regular season with a 4-4 record heading into next weekend's OUA championship.
 
Jessica Diantonio led the Blues with three goals and one assist, while Rylin Cormier also had three goals on the night. Lily Brooks chipped in with two tallies and Madison Sprout had one goal in the loss.
 
UP NEXT: The Blues head to Oshawa, Ont., for the 2021 OUA championship, October 30-31. Toronto will take on Brock and Queen's in round robin action next Saturday.
