The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's lacrosse team fell 13-10 to the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks and 15-8 to the Queen's Gaels on Saturday, September 28 at Varsity Stadium.

Ontario Tech 13, Toronto 10

Rookie forward Rhiannon Panting led the Blues with five goals on Saturday morning. Jessica Diantonio added two goals, while Heather McDougall, Laurel McGillis and Lily Sedore each scored once in the loss.

Queen's 15, Toronto 8

Panting added a hattrick in the second game, with McDougall and Diantonio scoring twice each. Leah Hickey rounded out the scoring with a single tally.

UP NEXT: The Blues travel to York University to take on the Trent Excalibur and York Lions next Saturday, October 5.
