The Varsity Blues women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to the McGill Martlets on Saturday, October 5 at UTSC.
 
Rookie Pia Jhattu teamed up with fellow rookie Andrea Kuntjoro to provide the Blues with their only doubles win, 8-6. Jhattu followed that up with the only other win in singles play at the No. 2 spot 6-2, 2-6, 11-9.
