The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's lacrosse team defeated the Brock Badgers 14-6 on Friday morning (Oct. 18) at the 2019 OUA championship in Oshawa.

Third-year attack Heather McDougall led the Blues with four goals and one assist, while rookie standout Lily Sedore had two goals and two assists. Veteran middie Laurel McGillis scored twice and added one assist, while both Brynne Yarranton and Kristie Liu scored twice. Mary Frost and Jessica DiAntonio rounded out the scoring with one goal each.

UP NEXT: The Blues take on the Western Mustangs, who finished first in the OUA West division, in quarter-final action tonight at 6 p.m.
