The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's lacrosse team defeated the Brock Badgers 12-4 on Sunday, October 15 at Varsity Stadium.
 
The win not only wraps up their regular season at 8-2-3, but also was treat for the home crowd as Sunday's contest was their first and only home game of 2017.
 
The Blue and White started the match off strong, holding an 8-0 lead going into halftime.
 
U of T's Sarah Morgan led her team in points with three goals and one assist, while her teammate Mary Anne Meerasabeer added two goals and one assist.
 
Toronto's Melissa Holland and Tori McGillis both notched two goals in the win.
 
The Varsity Blues now move on to the OUA Championship next weekend (Oct. 20-22) in Hamilton, Ont.
