Second-year standout Sarah Jamieson scored six goals in leading the University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's lacrosse team to a 16-4 victory over the Queen's Gaels on Sunday in Peterborough, Ont.
 
With the win, the Blues improve to 2-1-1 after the first two weeks of action.
 
Veteran Taryn Grieder notched three goals, while both Kelly Robinson and Katie McCurdy had two apiece. Carly Heitzner, Mary Anne Meersabeer and Melissa Holland each added one goal in the win.
 
The Varsity Blues return to the field on Saturday, October 4 as they travel to Oshawa, Ont., to take on the UOIT Ridgebacks and York Lions.
