The Varsity Blues women's water polo team travelled to New York State for a four-game road trip, November 14-16.

The Blues first stopped in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Friday to take on the St. Francis College Terriers. After the 12 hour bus ride, the Blues got in the pool and defeated the terriers 11-4. Emily Bidinosti and Danielle Hirsh each had a hat trick, while Ana Miroslavic potted two, and singles going to Stefanie Chapman, Marianne Tout and Sydney MacDougall. 

Toronto next defeated Greenwhich Aquatics 13-9 on Saturday morning. Bidinosti and Hirsh each has four goals in the win.

On Saturday afternoon, U of T was narrowly defeated by Iona College, 9-8. The Blues were down 8-3 heading into the fourth quarter, and fell just short of the comback.

The Blues tied Siena College 8-8 in their final match up of the weekend.
