The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's water polo team opened its OUA action with a 10-6 win at home over McMaster on Friday, October 10 at Varsity Pool. 

Coach George Gross, Jr. mixed and matched players all night long as all the Blues players got in significant minutes of playing time.
 
Sophomore sensation Emily Bidinosti (Kitchener-Waterloo) led all scorers with four goals in only a quarter and a half of playing time.  Senior Co-captain, Danielle Hirsh (Ottawa) netted a pair while Stefanie Chapman (Vancouver), Ana Miroslavic (Toronto), Marianne Tout (Vancouver) and Anna Seltner (Calgary) each scored once.
 
The Blues next action is four games next weekend at home in the U of T Fall Classic Invitational.
