Box Score The Varsity Blues women's soccer team defeated the RMC Paladins 3-1 on Saturday, October 11 in Kingston, Ontario.  
 
With the win, the Blues improve to 7-4-1 and remain in fourth place in the OUA East division.
 
Nicki Parkes (Sarnia, Ont.) opened the scoring for the Blues in the eighth minute with an unassisted strike that beat RMC keeper, Alexandria Hogg. RMC responded shortly after when Jocelyn Coe netted one for the home team. The game remained tied 1-1 at the half.
 
The second half of the match was all Toronto with goals coming from Claudia Piazza (Brampton, Ont.) and Zoe Carty (Ottawa, Ont.) in the 52nd and 70th minute, respectively.  
 
U of T goalkeeper, Sara Petrucci (Bolton, Ont.) was solid in net with seven saves for the Blues.
