WOMEN’S RUGBY FALLS TO GAELS

The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's rugby team fell 38-0 to the Queen's Gaels on Saturday, September 28 at Nixon Field in Kingston, Ont.

With the loss, the Blues drop to 0-4 heading into the final week of the regular season. Toronto looks to get in the win column as they host the Trent Excalibur next Friday, October 5 at Varsity Centre at 1 p.m.

Forward Bronwyn Corrigan led Queen's with two tries, while Karley Heyman, Mel Judges, Natalie Poirier and Taylor White each added a single try on the day. Lauren McEwan added four conversions in the win.
