The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's lacrosse team fell 15-8 to the Guelph Gryphons on Saturday morning at U of T's Scarborough Campus.
 
The Gryphons got out to a 9-3 lead at half and the Blues were unable to mount the come back.

Melissa Holland and Sarah Jamieson each scored three goals, while Kelly Robinson and Carly Heitzner added single tallies in the loss.

The Varsity Blues return to action next Sunday, October 27 as they host the Brock Badgers at Varsity Centre. Game time is set for 9:30 a.m.
