U of T goals were scored by Elizabeth Assimes and Ava Airnes.
Shifting next to Nottingham, the Blues next took part in a scrimmage with their counterparts from the University of Nottingham.
The very next day, Toronto matched up with the Matlock Bailean Hockey Club, falling 2-0 to the Wirksworth, Derbyshire based team in another exhibition match.
U of T concluded their UK tour in Stanley Hill, Amersham with their third and final exhibition, defeating the Amersham and Chalfont Hockey Club by a final score of 3-0. For the Blues, Assimes added another two goals to her tally for the tour, while Jayden Novak rounded out the Toronto goal-scorers.
Returning home to Canada as the fall semester gets set to begin at U of T, the Blues will continue their preparations ahead of their OUA regular season opener. The 2023 OUA champions will begin their title defence on the road versus the Guelph Gryphons on September 21, with an 11 a.m. start.
