The Varsity Blues women's rugby team lost 110-0 to the Guelph Gryphons on Saturday (Sept. 16) afternoon in Guelph, Ont.
 
The Gryphons opened the scoring early in the first half, when Lara Jorgensen completed a try in the third minute. Guelph would go on to lead 60-0 at the half. 
 
In the second half, Guelph continued to apply the pressure on the Blues, as they would go on to take the victory.

The Blues will now head back to Varsity Stadium to play the Waterloo Warriors on Saturday, September 23. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 p.m., with tickets for the contest available at varsityblues.ca/tickets.
