The University of Toronto Varsity Blues badminton team went 2-0 on Day 2 of the OUA championship on Saturday, February 18 at TMU.
 
Toronto wrapped up pool play with an 8-2 victory over the Guelph Gryphons to finish second in their pool. The Blues then took on the McMaster Marauders in quarter-final action, edging them 6-4 to advance to tomorrow's semifinal, where they will meet the York Lions in a rematch of last year's OUA final.
 
The semifinals and seventh place game will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning while the fifth place, bronze medal, and championship matches are slated to begin at 1 p.m.
