U of T battled to a 13-4 loss versus the eventual gold medalists, sending the Blues into the bronze medal game later in the day. Goal scorers for Toronto in the semifinal contest were third-year middie Lily Brooks and second-year middie Rheanna Swanson who each tallied a pair of goals, while also each adding an assist.

Shifting to the bronze medal game later in the afternoon, Toronto matched up with Trent, battling the Excalibur for the second time at the OUA Championship after a tightly contested round-robin opener between the two squads.
