The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's basketball team dropped a 65-45 decision to the Brock Badgers in exhibition action on Saturday, October 30 in St. Catharines, Ont.
 
TORONTO STATS: Second-year guard Lauren Boers led the Blues with 12 points, while rookie Jada Poon-Tip had eight points on the day. Fourth-year veteran Christine Jurcau notched seven points, with Thuraya Abdul Hamid adding five in the loss.
 
UP NEXT: The Blues open their 2021-22 regular season on Saturday, November 13 when they travel to Kingston, Ont., to take on the Queen's Gaels. Game time is set for 5 p.m.
