BLUES TREATED TO WIN ON EVE OF HALLOWEEN

With Halloween less than 24 hours away, the Varsity Blues took to the pool on Saturday looking to put forth a scary good performance against the visiting Queen's Gaels. In what was their second OUA match of 2021, and fourth match overall, the Blues looked just as sharp as they did in their first three contests, downing the Gaels 24-4.

For Toronto, their performance against Queen's was the result of an entire team effort. Integrating all of their younger student-athletes and running many of their plays to perfection, the match was never really in doubt with the Blues winning by 20.

The victory pushed the defending OUA champions to 4-0 so far in 2021, while improving to their record to 2-0 in OUA competition.

UP NEXT: Next up for the Varsity Blues will be a third date with the Western Mustangs. Already with two wins against the squad from London, the Blues will try to make it three on Friday, November 5.
