UPDATED:Â Ontario University Athletics (OUA), under the direction of its Board of Directors, announces the cancellation of all OUA-sanctioned sport programming and championships up to December 31, 2020. This conclusion was based on provincial public health guidelines and with the health and well-being of all OUA participants at the forefront.
The University of Toronto Varsity Blues football team kicks off their 159th season on Sunday, August 30 when they host the Laurier Golden Hawks at Varsity Stadium at 7 p.m.

The Blues then hit the road for Week 2 and 3, first heading to Kingston for a tilt with the Queen's Gaels on Sept. 6, before making the trip to Windsor to face the Lancers on Sept. 12.

U of T returns home in Week 4 to host the Waterloo Warriors on Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.

Toronto travels to take on the Guelph Gryphons in Week 5 action on Sept. 26, before hosting the Western Mustangs on Oct. 3 at 1 p.m.

After a Week 7 bye, the Blues will head to Hamilton to take on the defending Yates Cup champion McMaster Marauders before hosting the York Lions in the annual Red & Blue Bowl on Oct. 24 at 1 p.m.

Upon the completion of the regular season, the top six teams will shift into playoff mode for the following weeks. Quarter-final action will take place on Saturday, October 31, followed by the semifinals on Saturday, November 7. The OUA season will then come a close on Saturday, November 14 as the Quest for the Cup concludes with the 113th Yates Cup.
