The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's rugby team fell 78-10 to the Western Mustangs in OUA consolation quarter-final action on Friday night (Oct. 5) in London, Ont.

HOW IT HAPPENED: Third-year winger Khadi Dako and rookie standout Francesca Griffin each scored tries for the Blues. Western was led by Veronica Harrigan's five tries on the night.

UP NEXT: The Blues will wrap up their 2018 campaign next Saturday, October 13 as they host the Waterloo Warriors in the 9th/10th place game at Varsity Stadium. Game time is set for 1 p.m.
