The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's squash team placed second at the Jesters OUA Sectional this past weekend (Jan. 21-22) in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ont.

The Varsity Blues started the competition red hot picking up three straight victories, defeating Brock 4-3, Ottawa 5-2, and McGill 7-0. However, U of T was held off the board by Queen's falling 7-0 to end the tournament.

Veterans Evelyn Moorhouse  led the way for the Blues picking up wins without dropping a single set in all three of Toronto's victories.

Next on the schedule for U of T is the OUA championships held February 24-26 in Waterloo, Ont.
