The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's and women's rowing teams earned two podium finishes at the 2015 Brock Open on Saturday, October 17.

Toronto's women's lightweight eight of Emily Donaldson, Heather Noble, Meg Lewicki, Rebekah Sibbauld, Jasmine Carter, Nicola Plummer, Rachel Dick, Agnes Soos and Oksana Wankiewicz placed second overall.

The men's lightweight double of Jacob Giesbrecht, Andrei Vovk also placed second, before teaming up with Jessie MacAlpine, Matt Brander and Jack Ren to finish fourth in the lightweight fours.

Women's lightweight double of Oksana Wankiewicz and Heather Noble finished fourth overall, while the lightweight fours of Emily Donaldson, Meg Lewicki, Agnes Soos, Jasmine Carter and Nicola Plummer also finished just off the podium.

The Blues return to action this weekend, October 23-24, as they head to St. Catharines for the 2015 OUA championships.
