The Varsity Blues women’s tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to the Université de Montréal Carabins on Saturday, October 1 at U of T’s Scarborough Campus.
The Blues are now 3-3 on the season.
Toronto native Anna Sullivan picked up the only win for the Blues in singles action, defeating Virginie Tremblay in straight sets in the number six slot, to earn a single point.
Montréal would earn six points, winning five singles matches in the number one through five slots, and adding a point for victories in 2-of-3 doubles matches.
The Blues are back in action tomorrow at Scarborough Campus where they will face the Waterloo Warriors. Game time is 12 p.m.
