The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women’s rugby team fell 27-5 to the Waterloo Warriors on Saturday, September 12 in Waterloo, Ont.

Waterloo’s fourth-year fullback Caitlin Martin (Teeswater, Ont.) scored three tries, while Sophie Cote (Quebec City) and Kristen McAlpine (Markham, Ont.) notched one apiece in the victory.

Fourth-year Blues fly-half Hannah Ehrhardt (Toronto) scored the Blues lone try of the game.

The Varsity Blues women’s rugby team returns to action Saturday, September 19 when they host the McMaster Marauders on the University of Toronto’s Back Campus. Game time is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
