Natasha Klaios, a second-year striker from Unionville, Ont., earns Varsity Blues honours for the second straight week. The global health major scored two goals and added one assist in Toronto’s 3-1 victory over Trent on Saturday afternoon.
 
Klasios opened the scoring in the 19th minute after making a beautiful turn between two Excalibur defenders before finding the open net. She added her second in the 35th minute, racing past the Excalibur defence on a long through ball, which set her up with an easy finish past Trent goalkeeper Brandi Riggs. Klasios also set up veteran Nicki Parkes for Toronto’s third goal of the match.
 
The 2015 OUA East rookie of the year added two shots on goal in Toronto’s narrow 1-0 loss to UOIT on Sunday. She currently leads the OUA East division with four goals in four games.
