Third-year forward Michael Markovic racked up five points in leading the Varsity Blues to two crucial wins in OUA men’s hockey action this weekend (Nov. 30-Dec. 1).
The Toronto native scored one goal in a 6-4 win over Ottawa that propelled the Blues past the Gee-Gees into third place in the OUA East.
Markovic, a third-year geography and political science major, then tallied a career-high four points, two goals and two assists, in a dominant 7-2 victory versus the Concordia Stingers on Saturday night.
