Veteran Sarah Boyle earned her third-consecutive women’s high jump title at the 2011 OUA track and field championships, February 25-26, hosted by York University.

The Scarborough, Ont., native cleared 1.74-metres en route to her fourth provincial title in the past five years.

Boyle was the last jumper to enter the competition, easily clearing 1.68 metres. The first-year OISE student then missed only one attempt on each of the next two heights to edge out Windsor’s Michelle Pierce (1.71m) for the first-place finish.

A three-time CIS champion, Boyle was also named an OUA first team all-star for her gold-medal performance.
