Byron Elliott recorded his 100^th career point en route to a four-point performance as the Varsity Blues notched two big wins in OUA men’s hockey action this week.

 

The Burlington, Ont., native reached the milestone in a 4-1 upset win over the fourth-place Nipissing Lakers on Wednesday night when he redirected a shot from the point midway through the second period for Toronto’s third goal of the game.  

 

Elliott went on to add to his numbers with one goal and two assists in a dominant 5-2 victory over the Ryerson Rams on Friday night. The third-year geography and economics student scored just 21 seconds into the game with a beautiful one-timer, before setting up the eventual game-winner on a powerplay at the halfway point of the game.
