The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's tennis team won their third consecutive match up taking down the visiting Western Mustangs on Sunday (Sept. 20) by a final score of 5-2.

Delivering strong doubles performances, the Blues claimed the first point of the series with a sweep of all three doubles matches. Toronto's depth was then showcased as they took four of six singles matches, winning in the No. 3, 4, 5, and 6 positions. Rachel Bercovitch was exceptional on the day winning her singles contest 6-0, 6-0 while also teaming with Carley Citron to take their doubles match 8-0.

U of T will look to keep rolling as they next face the Queen's Gaels at UTSC on Sunday, Sept. 27.
