The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's tennis team converted another two wins this weekend to finish their regular season schedule with a perfect 7-0 record.

In the final weekend of the regular season, U of T earned victories over the Waterloo Warriors and McMaster Marauders to secure the unblemished record.

In a Saturday (Oct. 3) contest versus the Warriors, the Blues swept the entire series to claim a 7-0 win. Toronto top duo of Anastasiya Dyadchenko and Maria Popova delivered in the top spots, claiming the No. 1 doubles win and No. 1 and 2 singles victories.

Then in the Sunday (Oct. 4) finale, Toronto registered a 6-1 win over the Marauders. With two doubles wins for the first point and singles wins in the No. 2-6 positions, the Blues secured the undefeated regular season record. Cameron Yeung and Kaira Xuan each earned both doubles and singles wins in the Sunday showcase.

Next up, the Varsity Blues women will look to defend their crown as they compete in the 2026 OUA Championships scheduled for Oct. 9-11 at Mayfair East in Markham.
