The University of Toronto Varsity Blues track and field team traveled south of the border this past weekend for the annual Greg Page Relays, hosted by Cornell University inside Barton Hall.

U of T sprinters excelled in Ithaca, highlighted by a new program record for Logan Duley in the men's 60m dash. Duley broke his own program best mark of 6.78 with a new fastest time of 6.76 to take first in the event final. Fellow sprinter PK Moyo also nabbed a podium in the race with a time of 6.83, tying the third fastest time in program history as well. Meanwhile, three Blues women among 38 total participants in the women's 60m dash qualified for the event final, culminating in a silver medal sprint of 7.54 from Gloria Etim. Etim also added a second-place finish in the 300m (39.99).

In the field, Hasveena Arulrajan captured gold in the women's long jump delivering a leap of 5.60m. In the throws, Maakor Okai earned double-bronze with third-place tosses in both the shot put (13.06m) and weight throw (17.08m). For the U of T men, Justen Denman took second in the long jump with a best leap of 7.13m.

Finally, in the multi-event heptathlon it was Varsity Blues veteran Aiden Grout who shined versus the NCAA competition finishing second overall with a combined score of 5383. Grout finished Top 3 in six of the seven events, including a first-place height of 2.14m in the heptathlon high jump, which would have also placed him first in the individual men's high jump.

Following the winter break, the Varsity Blues will return to action with their first home meet of the 2025-26 campaign hosting the Sharon Anderson Memorial Meet inside the Bruce Kidd Field House on Saturday, Jan. 3.
