The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's tennis team fell 5-2 to McGill on Saturday Oct. 4) afternoon at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.

In doubles play, the pair of second-year business administration students Eric Ma and Benjamin Whitley won the second game 8-1 making the third match the deciding one. McGill ended up taking the third and final doubles match with an 8-4 win.

In singles play, McGill extended their lead but first-year Toronto native Luka Kirigin and first-year finance and statistics student Rohan Sonah took the final matches to add more points to U of T's score.

The Blues are back in action at UTSC on Sunday (Oct. 5) afternoon when they take on the Brock Badgers. Opening serve is scheduled for 12 p.m.
