The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's soccer team shut out the Laurentian Voyageurs 2-0 for the second time this season on Sunday (Oct.15) afternoon in Sudbury, Ont.
With their second victory of the weekend, the Blues sit in fourth place in the OUA East division.

After a quiet first half, the Blues came out ready to play in the second. Toronto outshot the Voyageurs in the remaining 45 minutes seven to four. Forward Natasha Budisa opened the scoring for the match with her second goal of the season in the 58
th minute. The Blues victory was secured by captain Hannah Chown with a goal in the 78
th minute.Â
The Blues defence delivered as rookie goalkeeper Juliana Ottoni recorded her first win and shutout of the season. With this clean sheet, the Blues have not let in a goal in 270 consecutive minutes of play.Â
