The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's hockey team held the Guelph Gryphons scoreless in their 2-0 pre-season win on Wednesday, October 27 at the Gryphon Centre.

HOW IT HAPPENED: Toronto got all their scoring done in the first period as first-year forward Sophie Grawbarger and sophomore Madelyn Walsh found the back of the net.

Third-year goalie Erica Fryer stopped all 24 shots she faced for the win.

UP NEXT: The Blues play their last exhibition contest against the York Lions on Saturday, October 30 at Varsity Arena. Puck drop is at 7:00 p.m.
