The No. 6 University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's volleyball team battled the Nipissing Lakers to a 3-2 (22-25, 25-18, 18-25, 26-24, 15-13) victory on Saturday, February 15 at the RJS Athletic Centre in North Bay.
 
With the win, the Blues improve to 15-1 with two regular season games remaining.
 
TORONTO STATS: Fifth-year left side hitter Chris Towe led the Blues with 18.5 points off of 16 kills, one ace and one block.

Second-year left side hitter Evan Falardeau had 15.5 points, from 14 kills and one block, while fourth-year outside hitter Nicholas Trewern co-led all players with five digs.
 
Jordan Figueira handled setting duties, tallying 43 assists in the win.
 
UP NEXT: The Blues head to Waterloo, Ont., to take on the Waterloo Warriors next Friday, February 21.
