The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's basketball team recorded a memorable 60-57 victory over the visiting Laurentian Voyageurs in their penultimate home game of the season on Friday evening (Feb. 14).

TORONTO STATS:Â Nada Radonjic, who scored the game winning shot with less than 30 seconds left in the game, recorded a career-high 27 points to propel the Blues to victory. 18 of her 27 points came from three-point range.

Coupled with her points, Radonjic recorded 14 rebounds to lead the team in that category, as well as register her fifth double-double of the season.

Sarah Bennett also had a big game in terms of rebounds, recording 13 over the course of the game.
Â
Guards Samantha Robertson and Christine Jurcau were the team's assists leaders with three each.

Three Blues players co-led steals with the Ekwandja sisters and Sarah Cumby each tallying three.

UP NEXT: The Blues host the Nipissing Lakers in their final game of the 2019-20 season this Saturday, February 15. Tip-off is set for 6:00 p.m.
