Rookies Pia Jhattu and Andrea Kuntjoro led the Varsity Blues women's tennis team to a 7-0 win over the Waterloo Warriors on Sunday, September 15.

HOW IT HAPPENED: Jhattu and Kuntjoro teamed up to take the doubles win at the No. 2 spot by a convincing 8-1 score. They each followed that up with strong singles wins by the same scores 6-1,6-1, Jhattu at the No. 2 singles spot and Kuntjoro at the No. 4 singles spot.

Other winners in doubles were Alex Boone and Kimberly Lai. 

In singles, Mara Sroe pulled through in a tight three-setter (3-6, 6-3,6-4) and in singles Salma Dessouki, Tianna Xie and Niki Karol rounded out the wins.
