It was a night of career-highs for four Blues receivers. Nolan Lovegrove made eight receptions for a game-high 135 yards and one major, while Michael Lehmann had a team-high nine catches for 99 yards. Nick Stadnyk caught three balls for 91 yards and two majors, while David Osho made four receptions for 61 yards.

Sophomore defensive back Tolu Ahmed shone for U of T, notching a game-high 7.5 tackles and one break up. Veteran linebackers Matt Renaud and Damoy Robinson each totaled 6.5 tackles, while both Jordan Gillespie and Kalvin Zhou had interceptions in the season opener.

Toronto will be out for revenge following an oh-so-close 26-24 loss in 2018 in Windsor. The Blues and Lancers have gone 2-2 in their past four meetings since 2015.

Windsor is coming off a 34-17 season-opening victory over the York Lions. Jacob Savoni impressed in Week 1, rushing 14 times for 179 yards and three majors to earn OUA offensive player of the week honours.

Chris Osei-Kusi, who transferred to Windsor after four seasons with the Queen's Gaels, hauled in eight catches for 98 yards. Sam Girard got the start at QB, going 18-for-34 for 192 yards on Sunday.
