The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's volleyball team defeated the RMC Paladins 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-14) in their sixth annual OVA Day on Sunday, November 10 at Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport.
With the win, the Blues improve to 4-0 to start the OUA season.
TORONTO STATS: Rookie middle Benedikt Licht led all players with 14.5 points off of nine kills, three aces and 2.5 blocks on the day.
Sophomore standout Evan Falardeau tallied 14 points off of nine kills, four aces and one block, while libero Daniel Tudor notched a game-high nine digs.
Third-year setter Gavin McCurdy recorded 24 assists and seven digs in the win.
UP NEXT: The Blues travel to Hamilton, Ont., next Saturday, November 16 to take on the No. 4 McMaster Marauders. Opening serve is set for 8 p.m.
