The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's basketball team fell 67-48 to the Carleton Ravens on Friday (Jan. 25) night on the road.
TORONTO STATS: Fourth-year forward Charlotte Collyer filled up the stat sheet with a team-high 12 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and a pair of blocks.
Third-year forward Nada Radonjic recorded 11 points, while fourth-year guard Keyira Parkes chipped in with seven points and grabbed five boards.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Collyer drilled a quick five points, but the Blues trailed 11-8 after the first quarter. The Ravens though got their offence going in the second, starting the quarter on a 14-4 run to separate themselves. Toronto went into halftime down 35-22.Â

U of T took the advantage in the third quarter outscoring Carleton 14-13, but still trailed 48-36. The Blues were not able to get any closer the rest of the way.
UP NEXT: Toronto stays in the nation's capital as they battle the No. 6 Ottawa Gee-Gees on Saturday (Jan. 26) night. Tip off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
