WOMEN’S SOCCER DROPS ROAD BATTLE WITH GAELS

The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's soccer team fell 4-0 to the Queen's Gaels on Sunday, September 30 in Kingston, Ont.

HOW IT HAPPENED: The Gaels opened the scoring in the ninth minute and added another goal nine minutes later to lead 2-0 at the half. They scored two late markers in the 85th and 90th minutes. Natasha Klasios and Siena Porth both registered one shot on net. Third-year goalkeeper Vanna Staggolis made two saves in the loss.

UP NEXT: The Blues head to Ottawa to take on the Gee-Gees next Saturday, October 6 at 1 p.m.
