The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's soccer team completed a six-point weekend with a 2-0 victory over the UOIT Ridgebacks on Sunday, August 26 at Varsity Stadium.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED: Second-year midfielder Anthony Sousa opened the scoring for the second consecutive match. The Toronto native scored in the 16th minute and the Blues carried that 1-0 lead into halftime. Fourth-year striker Jae Jin Lee added some insurance, finding the back of the net in the 52nd minute. Veteran goalkeeper Stefan Dusciuc posted two saves in his first clean sheet victory of the season.

UP NEXT: The Varsity Blues head to Oshawa, Ont., to complete the home-and-home with UOIT this Wednesday, August 29. Game time is slated for 3:15 p.m.
