The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's tennis team defeated the Guelph Gryphons 7-0 on Saturday September 30 at UTSC.
 
Carmen Lai showed off her wicked game with a solid 6-1, 6-2 win at the No. 1 position. Teammates Mara Stroe, Olga Borissenko and Alex Boone also had solid wins in singles. The Blues also took all doubles matches played.
 
The Blues wrap up the regular season versus Montreal tomorrow (Oct. 1) at UTSC.
