The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's tennis team were defeated by McGill, 4-3, at UTSC on Sunday, September 24. The exhibition match was played under extreme heat conditions.
Veterans Sasha Obucina, Andrew Bourne-Kaponeridis and Cameron Chiang led the team with victories in singles, while Stefan M. and Brett Stinson led the team with a doubles win at the No. 1 spot.
Toronto's next match is next weekend on Saturday vs Guelph and Sunday vs Montreal at UTSC at noon.
